It's day one of NaBloPoMo and I'm not a slacker!
A couple of weeks ago I went to my friend's son's birthday party. He turned the big eight and the party took place at a bowling alley. Most of the kids knew what they were doing, one little boy needed the help of a slide like contraption to roll the ball down the lane. Bumpers were up.
I had never shot in a bowling alley before. I ran into some hurdles along the way. The contrast is so high with the bright lights of the lanes and the darkness of the seating area. Plus the kids were lightning fast! I did get some decent shots and it was a good experience.
I didn't bowl, but I chowed down on some delicious chocolate cake.
