This is Seymour the yellow head fly and he's trying to tell you about the life stages (changes) he went through to get to this point. But trust me, you don't want to see them illustrated.* Disgusting.

And speaking of disgusting, I was listening to the radio this morning and they said that 66 percent of people don't wash their hands at all. The ones that do wash don't do it long enough to do any good. The trick is to sing the Happy Birthday song twice while you wash your hands so you will be washing them for at least 20 seconds. Now I can't stop doing that when I wash my hands.
