I should have known something was up right then and there. We worked out with barbells, free weights, step, and some other things I can't remember right now. Oh yea, those elastic bands were there too. I kept burping and yawning, trying to get more oxygen. The instructor actually asked me if I was boring her in front of everyone. I quickly responded no. Just trying to breathe, my stomach was killing me.

Today I made it to a pilates class for the first time and it was wonderful. So soothing and after being sore from the day before, it was nice to stretch out. The instructor was so inviting that I stayed another hour for her yoga class. I think I can get with this. My goal is to go three times a week during the work week. But I'm trying to leave Fri. - Sun. free. I think it just may be possible with this instructor, she was the best.
**** Why Girls are Weird finally found its way back to the library and now I have it. I'm liking it so far, it's drawing me in. Plus, the author has a blog on www.pamie.com. Very cool.
Kendall - the book I found for straightening up is "The Clutter-Busting Handbook" by Rita Emmett. It is absolutely awesome and gives you permission to let things go. That person that gave you that jacket you never wear will not ask about it, just throw it away already.
More pics on flickr later. I need to go to bed. Goodnight.

P.S. I am falling in love with my new lens. Now I know what all the fuss is about. hehe.
