Slip N Slide

I had the most rootipoot work out ever yesterday. When I had gone to Bally's on Saturday, they gave me a goodiebag filled with deals and coupons. One of the coupons was for an hour with a personal trainer that had to be used on the first work out. So I cashed it in and was ready to sweat. The most sweating I did was doing 10 minutes on the treadmill. After that it was 12 reps only of exercises and onward to the next machine. Soon I just figured I would memorize every machine and weight for when I do my real work outs on my own. Then came the kicker again. When the "work out" was over, I was shown the price book for having a personal trainer of my very own. No thanks. It was way too much money. The stretching was the best part. I haven't had someone stretch me out after a work since I ran track in high school. I wish I could afford a personal trainer, I would probably see results much quicker.

It's supposed to snow today and I will be running around in it all day. Working out and meeting up for the freelance project are must dos. I want to crawl back into bed and throw the covers over my head. It's just one of those snuggly kind of days.

Yesterday I went to my eyebrow consult but the technician was gone. There was a death in her family and all of the clients in front of me need to be rescheduled so God only knows when I'll have my appointment. A little apprehensive of the whole eyebrow thing because I've been messing with them for ten years, styles and skills change, and I just don't want to end up with four hairs of my own and some high arched interpretation of an eyebrow drawn in black eyeliner. Ew, ew, ew. That is my worst nightmare.
