What do you sell?
I sell art prints, original watercolor paintings, and digital planners. Bookmarks are coming soon — stay tuned!
What print sizes do you offer?
Prints are available in 5×5", 5×7", 6×6", 8×8", 8×10", and 12×12". If you're looking for a different size, just reach out and I'll see what I can do.
Do you take custom or commission requests?
Not at this time — I'm focused on my shop, courses, and art club. Keep an eye on future announcements if this changes!

Can I get a discount applied after I've already checked out?
Unfortunately no — discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and can't be added retroactively.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation right after checkout with your order details.
How do you ship?
All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail and typically arrive within 3–5 business days domestically. Orders are sent out within 3 days of purchase. Expedited shipping, insurance, and delivery confirmation are available upon request.
What address will you ship to?
I'll ship to the address provided at checkout unless you let me know otherwise. If you're ordering multiple prints, they'll arrive together in one cello bag — just let me know if you need them packaged individually.
What is your return policy?
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact me within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll work it out. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
What's the difference between the Art Club and the Art Courses?
The Playful Painter Art Club is a membership with ongoing access to watercolor lessons, painting projects, and direct support from me — if you have questions, I'm here to help. The Art Courses are self-paced and designed for independent learners — you work through them on your own time with no instructor access included.
What courses do you offer?
Right now I offer a watercolor mermaid paint-by-number course and a color mixing course, both designed for beginners. Browse all courses here.
What is a 1-on-1 session?
A personal session where we schedule dedicated time together — whether that's painting alongside each other (or online via Zoom), getting feedback on something you've created, or working through a specific technique you want to improve. It's the most direct way to get my eyes on your work.

COLORS AND PRINT QUALITY
Colors may appear slightly different in person than on screen due to monitor variations. I paint on cold press (textured) paper, so the background isn't pure white — those natural bumps and textures are part of what makes each print feel like original watercolor art.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs cover postage, packaging, and payment processing fees — the item price covers production. This keeps things simple and transparent on my end.
