The Cupcake Story - being that my birthday is in August my birthday and all of the other "summer babies" birthdays were never properly celebrated in school. All of the other kids got to bring in their goodies to celebrate their special day. So that stuck with me for awhile and my friend Ayanna picked up on that and suprised me with intricately decorated vanilla cupcakes. It even got to the point where Ayanna's husband was calling me Cupcakes. :( They were soooo good and it was such a sweet thing to do.
Thank you for all of your birthday wishes. They worked! I had a really good day and a lot of my friends came out of the woodwork to wish me a beautiful birthday as well. Gotta love that. I had to spice up the cake illustration because it was too dreary for my taste. Hope you can dig it :)
