It's becoming a big fave for this little household.  That is the first thing on our list when we think of dinner out.  If you are in Colorado, I highly recommend Miyama near Park Meadows mall.  My list goes: no. 1 - Miyama, no. 2 - Sushi Den.  Short list but a delicious list.

I'm not too adventurous with sushi just yet though.  I dig California rolls, the signature Miyama roll, Philly roll, Kobe Beef roll and Shrimp Tempura roll.  Edamame is delish to snack on too.

Mm, now I want some.
