Whirlwind

There is so much going on right now, the cyclone just dropped me down long enough to write something. In my personal world everything isn't roses and gumdrops but I'll leave it at that.

I heard yesterday that the family trip is canceled and that's okay. I miss the munchkins but I can wait until it's convenient for everyone. Kai better not be 21 years old by the time I see them again though! I had to get out of the house on Saturday so I rolled over to Fashion Denver at the new Flying Dog venue and it was pretty cool. I shot a little so I could get some practice in before the photo shoot Sunday morning.

That shoot went very well. It was freezing at 8 a.m. in downtown Littleton, but the family was so sweet. It was a family of eight with kids ranging from one to 11! Duane, the father, works at the Starbucks where I had my work showing for the month of November. So I got a client from the exposure, makes it worth it. When I left and could feel my fingers again, the photos were proofed and sent.

Lately I've been so tired from running around, grumpy at times, and when I do sleep, I wake up throughout the night. Not sure what's going on but it's a little difficult in my world right now. Seems like for every positive there are two negatives, pain in the butt.
